Our little Bug is two!
Every morning he wakes up and yells, “Momma… weh aahh yooouuu?!” over and over until I come rescue him from his crib. Then he promptly asks for “waffahs.” (waffles)
His obsession with construction equipment consumes most of his waking thoughts. It’s a good thing we live near lots of build sites… even from his car seat he can spot a “DIGGER!!!” from a mile away.
If he could, he’d eat fruit snacks and string cheese all day.
Recently he’s become very attached to a fuzzy green blanket. And fingers in the bellybutton… always.
The flu had him down for the count on his actual birthday last week, so we are celebrating later today with friends. Here’s a sneak peak at prep for the festivities. Come back Monday for more photos of all the fun!
